Easy to use, amazing benefit
The site is really well laid out and it is easy to find items. I appreciate the cues on the site to find what I wanted, which was to submit a claim. I think compared to the competitors, the site is at the top of the ranking.
Most simple corporate expense process I have experienced
Now that I've submitted multiple expenses to Forma for reimbursement, I can say that it's definitely the easiest process I've experienced. Login, website navigation, and submission are all very self-explanatory & user-friendly.

The Forma interface and overall UX is fantastic. It's easy to find things, easy to claim for benefits and easy to get support. Turnaround times for things like approvals and reimbursements are also really quick. I love it!
